Hompage Dashlets getting reset

We are having problems with the homepage dashlets getting reset. Using versioin 4.5.1, Apache 2.2.4 and PHP 5.2.0. Running on Window 2003 r2 connecting a SQL 2005 database server. Appears that it is treating every user as a new user and giving them default dashlet config.

We had the same issue when on your version and using MSSQL 2005. Check this thread for how to resolve it.
