    thanks for anwser,
    but already solved the problem.
contacted the tmd host support via ticked and they solved the problem, they changed something in the config, here the text they wrote:

There were incorrect characters on the first line of your config.php file. Please note that this issue usually happens when there is an empty or incorrect line in the beginning or the end of a php file. If the issue is still present you may need to review all the files in the error message and make sure that no incorrect characters or empty lines are present there.

Also note that if you are downloading the files for editing you should use simple text editor like notepad or notepad++ or similar. If you are using WordPad or any editor which has advanced text editing features this issue may appear.

My host was not as useful for me. Any idea how it was solved? I am running sugar community version 6.3.1 on a shared server.

In case you have no ideas how to solve it, you could execute the follow procedure:
    1. Make a backup of your sugar database.
    2. Make a backup of your sugar system.
    3. Install a new and fresh instance of sugar.
    4. In this new sugar instance move all your customizations based in your backup. Basically is just install custom modules and move the entirely the custom folder. Run repair/rebuild to synchronize with database.
    5. Execute your database backup over thew new database.
6; Now it should be working.
