how to accelerate the SugarCRM

now it works well except speed . especially when the record number is large.

What does VCR mean here ?

VCR means vCard, a contact list you export from your email client, I guess.

Hi André,

VCR controls are those "previous record", "next record" buttons with arrows you'll see in the detail view (upper right corner). I guess that as the buttons look similar to controls you have in old video cassette recorder, they've been named to "VCR controls".
