How to add a lead source? (Sugar CRM 6.2.2)

Hi. How do I add a lead source, please?

I've tried searching Google and found

I followed this post, used the drop-down editor to add a new option to my lead source, but when I go to add a new lead, the option I added does not appear in the drop down menu.

I looked at the Application and Developer Guides and don't see anything about adding a lead source.

This seems like it would be a pretty common task.

How do I add a lead source, please?
