How to Archived Emails?

Can anyone tell me how to archived emails from sugar?

Hello,

you can create a manual 'archived' email by clicking on the 'Archive Email' button in the history panel of a record (or by clicking the Create Archived Email button from the Email module shorcuts panel).

From Outlook, you can archive emails into Sugar. You need an Outlook plugin which will sync Outlook to Sugar. There is one available from Sugar, or there is also the Grinmark plugin as well.
