Hi Shafique,
In B2B, the customer is an Account. In B2C, the customer is a Contact. SugarCRM is best suited to B2B, since the Accounts module is central to much of the functionality and relationships. To overcome this in a B2C scenario, you can use the Accounts module to mean Family and Contacts to mean Family Members (Father, Mother, etc.).
Best regards,

Thanks a lot.
well in B2C solution, i like the idea not to leave out the account and as above stated, you should be using an account to facilitate contacts from same family/branch.
I have seen also people making only 1 account that is made to signify that all contacts inside it are actually B2C contacts.
In the end, choice is yours, SugarCRM gives you tools with many options.

The B2B transaction doesn’t involve any transaction from the direct customer and hence, no direct persuasion of the consumers. B2B and B2C
