How to recive emails to SugarCRM By default & Open a Ticket.
After opening a ticket a mail should be sent that there is open ticket.
Is this possible in sugar CRM
If yes how is it configured.

- whats a 'ticket'? Maybe a Case?
- would a ticket be opened for every email
- still, it cant be done with just a simple configuration, it would require some code changes.
