How can we report it and accelerate the banning process for these bad guys?

If you open the thread you can report a spammer by clicking the red outlined triangle with the exclamation mark in the middle that is on the top right of every post.

A captcha would just PREVENT spam instead of fixing it afterwards. It is very available for vbulletin..
