Default How to cluster leads into meaningful groups

    Hi,

I recently started working with sugarCRM (free edition) and I have to say that it the program works like a charm. The only issue I can not get resolved is how can I group leads into a cluster or group. I saw that this question has been asked before, but there were no straight answers.

So assume, I have started a email campaign with 100 email addresses which are entered as Leads, one week later I have collected another 100 email adresses, but if I enter them also, they will just appear in the long list of Leads. Is there no straight solution or option to group e.g. the first 100 Leads, and then make another group with the next 100 leads.

Some goes for prospects for product x,y,z.

Is there a way to do this?

    Many thanks

You could use the add to subscription list function (manage subscriptions) ... create a subscription list called "November Leads" ... add all your November Lead to it. Similarly with Products ....

you might also consider adding power prospecting to assist in mass updating subscription lists
