How to contribute to the Community?

Hi,

In many threads thoughout this forum I have seen many debates how users should contribute back to the project and sourcecode, a principle I agree with since I have a small chance at making a small amount of money from Sugar I do not have a problem with.

However, can anyone suggest how one goes about contributing to the project? I am a marketing consultant so I cannot contribute code {unless PHP and programming can be learnt in a weekend }

I do not believe I have come across an outline to this question anywhere on the website or forum. Perhaps a system that could direct where effort was vitally needed. Perhaps this worth talking about.

i'm in the same position. i'm developing a solution to capture specific datasets using mandated federal reporitng processes for several non-profit groups. i plan to release all this code to the community once its done.
