How to create iframe in sugar

I wonder if it's possible to add a link under shortcuts menu "Create Insurance" in Account detailview only. When I click on that link I want to send some parameters from SugarCRM and load content from another web application to an iframe. All menus (top, left) should remain. Only information in the middle should be replaced (also subpanels) by the iframe content

I'm using SugarCRM 5.2.0e

How do I add a link and iframe? Is this possible?

I have tried that. I want that link I created to display under Account detailview only and the url to dynamic change with parametars from the selected account.

http://localhost/examplecase/index.php?accountid={account_id}&accountname={acco unt_name}

When I click on that link. I don't want to be removed from Account module. I want that index.php in eaxamplecase to replace to content from the account info with info from my examplecase.

If I create a new basic module in module builder. Is it possible to delete code from that new module and add my iframe code?

In which file (in my new module) do I change my code so action=index only have an iframe?
