You should be able to export your customer data in a comma delimited format. Once you have exported the file, you can use the mail merge feature in Microsoft Word to create labels.

Here is an article on doing a mail merge using Microsoft Word.

You can purchase blank labels ready for printing in your laser or inkjet printer at http://www.onlinelabels.com. I would recommend the OL875WX for mailing labels. You can check out the OL875WX at http://www.onlinelabels.com/ol875.htm

using the outlook plugin (you buy from sugar) you can create a template in word (a sheet of labels of the size you have) using the plugin to select fields like contact name, contact street etc.. then you add a "next record" field (search word help). then you copy that record to all of the fields on that page , upload this as a label template to your sugar. then when youre in contacts list at the bottom of the list of contacts you have mail merge option, click this and you can select your labels template.

i am sorrry to say after searching for 5 minutes i could not find the thread that i learned this from here, just this week. i hope that gets you started, it works really well, if creating the template is initially cumbersome. it took alot of experimenting for me to figure out, see what you can do w/this to start with. this should work for leads, etc as well..
