The historic of previous import can be found at table users_last_import.
You can either update or delete the related targets.

I don´t know if the database installed under your SugarCRM instance is either MySQL or MS SQL.
So you have to open the Database manager (phpMyAdmin for MySQL), list the tables. One of them is the users_last_import.
