How to display Meetings under a Contact's Activity subpanel

Hi !

We use SugarCRM 6.1.1 to manage meetings with our clients.

We assign a meeting to a client with the "Relate to: " field, but the meetings don't show up under the client's Activity/History subpanel.

How could we achieve this ?

Not sure there is enough detail here to really help? Is client a custom module?

Is the "Relate to:" a relationship or a relate field? The only real way to get meetings to show up as part of the activities subpanel is to make a relationship between "Clients" and Activities in MB or Studio. Then it will show up.

Sorry I was using the wrong module names : I'm trying to display a Contact's meetings under the default Activity/History subpanel.

When you use the subpanel button "Quick Create", you see the meeting that is listed in the subpanel, but if I create the same meeting using the Meeting module (by clicking on the meetings link and than create a new meeting), I don't see the meeting in the Contact's meeting subpanel.

I think it's partly because we assign a meeting to a user, and we relate it to a Contact (using the default Related to: dropdown menu).

Any thought ?
