Please help! I have three products and my leads are usually categorized by the Product which their requested from me. In the system sugarCRM where do i enter the Product name, It has to be recorded for each client. This is a very important aspect of my business. I am new to sales and learning sugarCRM along with sales science. can someone please explain?
