How do I filter what a user can see in Sugar?

I am new to Sugar and I work for a Homebuilder. We have different communities and we would like our sales people to be able to only see their communities leads and not everybody's leads. I have been looking for a way to do this-can anyone help me?

You'd create a Sales role, set the view, edit, delete, etc rights to Owner, and assign that role to your sales agents. This should be available under the Admin section.
