    Default How do I get started?

    I've purchased Sugar Professional On-Demand, but I have not received any information on how to get started. Where do I begin?

    Any help would be appreciated. I called the support numbers, but the best they could give me is that someone will call me back within 48 hours. I payed over $2,000 for this program and I can't even use it.

    With that level of service, I'd start by demanding a refund.

    Their support page at http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/services...-services.html says;

    "Standard support : 4 business hours maximum response time for P1 cases"

    I'd say not being able to use the system is a P1 show stopper.
