How do I remove update information?

When I was installing Sugar I've unchecked this item (show or check for updates). But still, my sugar instance show me available updates on each page, how do I remove this text?

In admin in the config settings double check that the auto check is switched off and that should do the trick.

Also depending on what version you are using you could always install the suggested update

I mean where could I disable it in the code?
