I am a regular user of the Sugar CRM and of late there has been a problem. The entries in the CRM in the accounts/history sections, toggle themselves as if they had a mind of their own. Is there any way to make that stop? To give you an example: If there were entries such as

- alpha
- beta
- gama
- delta

Anytime an action is performed it just re-arranges itself to, for example:

-beta
-delta
-alpha
-gama

Is there anything that can be done to make sure that the sequesnce does not change, irrespective of the action performed on the CRM?

The order in which it re-arranges itself, also seems to be quite random and identifying a pattern is most difficult.

Any help would be appreciated.
