How does Sugar compare to InfusionSoft?

Hi,

I'm trying to help a client choose between Sugar and InfusionSoft. Can anyone with experience with the two crms give me a rundown of the differences (what each do well, what one can do that the other can't...)

Sugar is a great contact manager however the biggest difference between Sugar and Infusionsoft is that Infusionsoft is a holistic approach to small business processes. Infusionsoft has marketing automation, sales force automation, affiliate tracking, a shopping cart, billing and account and much more. Basically you can take your business idea, plug it into Infusionsoft and be up and running. If you use Sugar you'd have to purchase additional systems and link them together manually.
