How to hide a closed case ?

we're using sugarcrm a lot here and we were wondering how can we hide the closed cases from the list?

Hi everyone,

I've done a module that will filter out closed cases from being displayed. This module is for v4.0.1 only. Please install it using Module Loader. After that, go to Cases List View, select the check box on the top that says Excluded Close and click on Search. I hope this will solve your problem.

You can get the same filter for Opportunities Module in the Download Forum.

Hi

I am also looking for this "feature", my cases list has become unmanageable as their is pages of cases that are closed.

When a case is closed surely it should be hidden, if I need the info and history on a customer I can do a search on the customers cases. and check for closed cases.

Will the patch provided here work on 4.5.1d??I am running Sugar CRM on SME Server and it works fantastically well except for the cases.

I am having the same issue with 5.0. has anyone come up with a solution? I found one thread where someone had added a dropdown or toggle to the layout, but no instruction on how they did it.
