I want to scout potential business customers, gather their contact information, send that on to the sellers so that they get in touch with those potential customers. I want all their email conversations logged to that potential customer and saved.

I want orders emails from the webshop to go into sugarcrm and be saved as a task (to ship).

Obviously this is what many of the users of SugarCRM do, but I thought I would post this to see what different type of processes people are using, and how they use SugarCRM to get this job done?
