how to integrate data from one computer to the other

How do I go about copying all of the data like leads from my laptop to my PC i cant find a way to do it?

Why? Just keep them in Sugar which is a central repository for this information.

You can either enter them into Sugar one by one and save each one or use the Import process. The link for the Import is on the left on the Leads tab. There are free tutorials on how to do this on Sugar University I believe.
