how to make it show more than 20 leads at a time?

I was wondering what file contains the {PAGINATION} command so that i can make it display more than 20 leads to a row.

or.. if i'm going about it all wrong, please let me know.

There's a setting in the app that controls this. Log in as the administrator and go to System Settings. You can set the number of records retrieved on a list view there (no coding!).
