    Post how to manage opportunities and links?

    Experts,

    Would Tracker in campaign will be able to handle the url link like "www.yahoo.com".In nutshell ,all I want to view in an campaign email is Click here which cwill hold the address of ww.yahoo.com.Is tracker the one that does that?

    Also ,I have created a campaign.The campaign has an oppurtunity assigned to it.How to see opportunities generated by campaigns and Leads generated by campaigns?

    Yes, you can do this. Create the tracker. Then, in the email marketing area, either edit an existing email template from the dropdown or create a new one. From the 'Insert Tracker URL' dropdown, select the tracker you want to insert into the email. Click the insert button. The link in the email body will default to appear as 'Default link test'. Simply type over this default to display the words you want to display instead (ex: Click here). When the recipient received the email, they will see the Click Here link, and it will take them to that site (in your example, yahoo.com)

    How to see opportunities generated by campaigns and Leads generated by campaigns?
    This is a manual process. If you have a lead or opportunity that was generated because they received your email campaign, then you need to manually select your campaign in the Campaign field that is located in the Leads and Opportunities modules.
