How to print out whole accounts list ?

Is there a way to print out the whole accounts list ? Maybe there is a print view possible without pages ?

How can I export all accounts ? I can only export accounts which are shown on one page.

You can export only selected records or all records.
Click in "Select" link on the left side of the "Export" Button and click in "All records".
All records of all pages will be exported after you click in Export.

Open in excel to separate in colouns the data exported.

No. The Sugar has a fixed number (20) to show records in the ListView.

False, you can increase it in config.php with 'list_max_entries_per_page'.

Actually, the number of records displayed in all listviews can be modified in the User Interface. Under Admin-->System Settings. The first field is 'Listview items per page'. The default is 20 but can be increased to any number you want. Just keep in mind that the higher this number (and the more records displayed in the list view), the longer it will take the page to load

Hi,

You can set number of records displayed in ALL ListViews in User Interface. But what if you want some modules to show a max. of 5 records to be displayed, and an other module a max. of 10 to be displayed in ListView (for example).

Is it possible to modify this in the code of the particulary module? If so, how to do this?

Other Question;

I have mulitiple projects with subpanels "ProjectTasks" and "Calls".
Now I want to print out all projects with these subpanels included, not one by one.

I know I can print one project, which includes these subpanels to. But I want to print out all (or selection) of projects which where each project includes these subpanels.

It is possible to fix this? I really need this, so any help would be very appreciated!
