How to provide additional non-standard reports?

I frequently end up writing custom reports for our sugar users, extracting combinations of data that cannot be produced from the report wizard in sugarcrm pro.

I manually run the sql against the database (in heidisql) and export the data to a csv file for the user.

Is there a way I could add these to the reports menu in sugar?
Or do I need to build a mini drupal site to present the reports on a menu with access control?

You could always add different views for each of these reports, and modify the default Reports menu to show these options.
