Default How should I organize the cases module?

I have a Little problem with understanding the solution for assign the cases to users. For example one user from the sales office can create case for his own client and can assign it to the another employer from the support department In our company. After that this case Is invisible for him and He can’t view more details about the solve this case In the support department – it hapens because this sales user belongs to the Role which can view only owner records In cases module and when He assign this case to one man from the support department He is not an owner and He can’t view it. In my opinion I can’t change the role for all users In system and give all of them permission to view all the cases records. So how I should organize the cases and maybe roles to give permission to detail view of case both of assigned user and also for the one who created the case. Normally The roles give me possibility to set LIST VIEW-OWNER or ALL or NOTHING, DETAIL VIEW – OWNER or ALL or NOTHING so as I see it is impossible to give for example detail view of record to two users only (I mean for creator and for assigned user also). Maybe my idea of organizing the cases is wrong… so let me know…
    Thank you in advance.

You're really using roles for something you would be much better off using Teams for. SugarCRM Professional can do what you're looking for with teams.

Sorry Mathew but you are wrong - the Sugar Pro teams will not slve this. Unless you only create one big team and then assign all record to it and ovveride some features with the role functionality. Is e.g the sales rep and the support engineer are in different teams (which is likely to be the case) this falls flat again. Add them all to the same team but then the team funtionality is absurd gain ...

the topic is there in Sugar Pro as well and is a missing feature. There are workarounds but bno standard slution.

    regards, christian.

So I ask in another way:
Is any chance, to assign for example lead for 2 employers, which arent in any team, but have roles to view only "owner" records? They both (or more users) must to see this record, not only the one owner, which is "assigned to".

Maybe there is a chance to add additional fields "Assigned Team" ? That will be ideal for me. I'm using Sugar CE 5.2.0f and CE Teams module (http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/ce-teams/) but I'm planning to install another one (http://www.sugarforge.org/forum/?group_id=746) becouse that module have massupdate.
What should I do to make additional "assigned team" fields?
    Thanks!

    Teams - Record Based Security
Roles - Access control, based on actions

You definately need teams and in 5.5 the dynamic teams would really be useful for you, however it is a professiona l/enterprise feature only. I can't speak to the open source projects like CETeams.

Since you need "Record" security, you definately need teams.

No, I haven't. I have actualy installed CE Teams and i have made ca 90 teams.
How calls the module/project which makes "security groups"? Security suite? I have tryied it but i think, that more functional is CE Teams. Am I wrong?
