how to store customer creditcard details by enabling https?

Hi,
Im new to SugarCRM .I've installed sugar5.0 for windows .
Can anybody help me how to store customer cfredit dard details securely and im not sure it wil be done by activating https within sugarcrm.Also help me to invoke 2CO and Paypal and/or credit card bank transactions for
I would like to be able to “set and forget” a customer’s payment option. If my sales team have opened an account with a client and it is a monthly account, I would like the following to happen:
1. Customer is sent an email that their account is due on the date every month and will be charged to their credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 1234 on the due date.

2. On the due date, the allocated accounts person will be sent an email reminding them to charge the customer. This email will contain 2 links; “Processed”, “Denied”.
3. When CC details are processed successfully, secretary only needs to click link of “Processed” and this will complete the payment in the SugarCRM side.

4. Customer is then sent an email with an attached PDF of the paid invoice.

The options should be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly or 2 yearly payments.

I have an answer for you! We have a plugin we built this summer that allows scheduling the transactions from Sugar so you don't even have to have an email sent to anyone. It's all automatic billing by credit card or checking account. I can give you the simple instructions on how to install it in Sugar and have it point to a test account so you can see how it works.
