How to Track Sales? or Services?

I have a client who is providing real estate consultancy services.

Is there a module I can add to Sugar to create quotes, orders and such to maintain sales for accounts?

I can use cases but that wouldn't be relevant to dollar amount and invoicing etc.

That looks very close.

I did learn the Professional and Enterprise include Order Management tools but it looks like that is more for selling products and having a catalog related to it.

In our case we are selling services more so than physical items so this looks like it can work.

Anyone else coming across this post have any suggestions of how to maintain and manage sales of consultant services and contracts besides the already suggested product?

If not then I will go with that and see how we can make it work.
