    Default How to understand if SugarCRM suites my company's needs?

    Hi the question is: How to understand if SugarCRM suites my company's needs?

    I was telling my coder to prepare a bug CRM for my company, but I found SugerCRM and maybe it can be edited or upgrated tu suites my company's needs.

    There's someone or a support center that can give me this information?
    I know exactly how my company website and DB works, I'm also installing in our dedicated server the trixbox for our PBX and I think SugarCRM with some editing can be what I'm looking for.

    Can't provide any useful advice without first understanding what it is you want to accomplish.

    In general, there are many things that Sugar can do out of the box which are well suited for a number of common tasks across different industries. Of course, it is likely that it won't do everything you want it to do, but it can be customized to do many other things.

    The extent of customizations required will be dependent on your needs, hence my earlier point about understanding what it is you want to accomplish.

    I would recommend you contact Sugar or a Sugar business partner to discuss your specific needs.

    yestarday I've checked better all the tutorials. I think it has many features that can work for my company but I need some extra features customized:

    Orders, quote and invoices (customized for my company not as the PRO version one)
    Support ticket for my customers (every support ticket may open a task for support maybe)
    Inbound email filter that assignes each mail to the right account, and mail rules.

    But where to find someone that could do this customizations?
