Default How to use Sugar for our needs

We are B2C model agency where we are planing to use SugarCRM track and record inquiries from our members. Based on our research, we found that it is better for us to use both Accounts and Contacts for our needs.

In addition to log inquiries and provide feedback to our members, we conduct training sessions for our members on various topics. We have different channels to inform our members about our training programs.

Our requirement is that when a member calls our agency with a specific question, we would let the member know about available training programs and enroll them a training program if interested. If the member is enrolled and completes his training program, we would like to record all the training programs he/she enrolled and attended.

I am wondering as what module we can use for this requirement to enroll our members in training programs.

Can I set a training program as a campaign and enroll a member if interested?

    Hello,

Using the Campaigns module is not a good way to track your Contacts with the training sessions. We have a Staffing vertical that would meet your needs. In this case, you would be able to attach a Contact to any Training sessions you have in the system, and you would easily be able to search on Contacts, or Training sessions using key words. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this further.

    Thanks
