Hello my name Howard Wilner and im working for automax preowned Framingham, I logged into Sugar as "admin" and reset a user's password. When he tried using the new password with his username it did not work. I tried it again and it didn't work again for him. why?

You can trie to create a new user (or take a user that exist) with a password that you know and go to dababase and update the user's password that don't work with the password that you know.
