I am a budding enterprenuer from Kenya seeking advice regarding the implementation of
CRM in developing economies.

I have done my research and found that there is a niche market for CRM
applications in Kenya but I face a problem. I do not know how to go about establishing
myself as a CRM consultant in an emerging economy where there is a great need for CRM.

I am uncertain on how to approach the whole issue because I need some sort of credibility before I approach companies or organizations.

If there are practicing consultants or SugarCRM developers I am very interested in hearing your views on the issue.
