    Default HTTP Compression?

    Hi,

Anyone use HTTP Compression in IIS 6?

We have Sugar Pro 5.0a on IIS 6 and PHP 5.1.4. Our remote users find the system slow so I have been told HTTP Compression may increase the performance for remote users.

Anyone got any experiences of that? Should HTTP Compression be turned on for the entire Sugar Folder, or just certain folders?

    thanks
    Niall

I believe you can turn HTML compression on for all returned text and html content. There is a Wiki article that talks about this for apache.
