    Default I am not able to login as a user?

    Hi,

    I am using 4.5.1f pro version.

    When creating a user i am not set the admin. but the user can't able to login. The user is active only.

    what is the problem?

    Check the privileges of the user.

    The portal only and group users can't logiin as a user.

    Are you sure about the password you set?
    Did sugar return any error message when trying to login?

    I think that there must be some kind of sign up error. I suggest you to change your id and password again, after doing this again log in and see the results.
