I can´t enter to sugar

Hi! I´ve been fighting with sugarcrm installation, my problem is this:

Once installed sugarcrm all apears ok, I login and when I logout and I try to login again, sugarcrm never allow me enter. it doesnt matter if I do changes or nothing, or if I add a user, I´ve tryed installing languajes packs and not luck, I have sugar crm 3.5.1d

I have this:
php 5.0.5
FreeBSD 5.3
Apache 2.0.55
MySQL 4.1.15-Standard

Oh! I´ve forgotten that in apache´s error.log file says:
[Thu Dec 01 18:02:20 2005] [notice] child pid 3347 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
each time that I try to enter It appears into error.log

also SugarCRM allow me be installed only comment this line in index.php and install.php:
ini_set("zend.ze1_compatibility_mode", "1");
