I do not get norwegian letters to work

Hi,

I want to use norwegian language.
But the letters æøå (special norwegian letters) outcome rubbish.
I also have a sugar integration i Joomla. When using these letters here, the text stops when using the letters.
(Jeg skjønner dette, becomes; Jeg skj )

I hope someone can guide me through the changes that needs to be done.

We have accounts all over Europe, all with their their own special language symbols and we are having a problem getting them all to work

SugarCRM certainly has issues with rendering these characters on PDFs - is that what you mean?

The fix for that will be when they change over their PDF library to using TCPDF from their current one - it supports UTF-8 character encoding.

If you mean on the screen - or when saving, or passing from CRM to Joomla - that is another issue. Joomla 1.5 for example is meant to offer UTF-8 support - versions before that do not.
