I dont Get inbound mails in the email modules though i can send outbound mail

hello

i have this problem in my open source sugar crm in which i dont get inbound emails .i get all my inboxes listed in the test inbound e-mail conguration page in admin module but there are no inbox listed in the inbox page as well as no e-mails recevied.
can anyone help me about this

The same appears to my sugarcrm 4.01c as well. First i tried to install the pre release of the new email featurre to check emails accounts direktly in user's view. worked fine but no re loging as reported many other sources as well was the bad result. So i re install the changed packages with the originial one, re-setup all mailboxes again, can send easely mails but don't receive anything....

May some one can give us a hint to proceed our satisfaction?
