This morning our Sugar local install went "down" and firefox/IE displayed "Service Unavailable".
After some quick debug we found that the issue was an automatic update on our windows server.
It was update KB973917 caused the crash.
Just an FYI for anyone running Windows Server and IIS 6 who may run into the Service Unavailable issue.
