IMAP not installed but it is...

I am trying to do an email campaign and I think I need to set up a monitored mailbox in order to complete the process.

I am using Sugar 4.2.1d

I am getting this error when I try and set up a monitored email account;
Inbound Email cannot function without the IMAP c-client libraries enabled/compiled with the PHP module. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue.

But like the title suggests IMAP is installed.

Also I tried setting the permissions on the firewal but the firewall is disabled.

Please help I need to get this done today.
