    Default IMAP in Sugar 6.1.1

In Sugar Pro 6.1.1, I am having problems using IMAP. I have an exisitng email account running on our mail system. I connect to it using Outlook as well as my Smart Phone via IMAP with no problems. Sugar does not seem to want to load all of the messages and new messages do not appear even though I have the account settings set to check every 5 minutes.

Is their a limit to the size of the mailbox Sugar can handle?

Also, with an IMAP implementation, I would assume that it should traverse all subfolders in my account however, I need to add folders manually which seems cumbersome and defeats the purpose of IMAP.

Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

How many EMails does your IMAP server hold?

In the feild monitored folders you can select alle the folders you want to see in SuagrCRM, just hold the Ctrl Key on selection...

In this case, the inbox is around 1500. I am aware of the ability to select multiple folders, I was just commenting that this does not seem like a good implementation for IMAP. Other IMAP applications just read the folders without the end user having to select them.

    Thanks,

With 1500 emails in the INBOX the settings max_execution_time and max_input_time in php.ini can be too short.

Did you activate the scheduler for inbox checking?
