Import call records

In admin module > Role, there is an option to enable/disable Call Import feature.
However, I am not able to find the feature to import call records, only import notes.
Where is the feature, since I'd like to import activities e.g. call records from Excel documents?

The option doesn't exist. I think it is in the Roles area due to an oversight.

To import calls, you'll have to do it through the backend using some custom scripts, a MySQL management util, custom utility or combination thereof.

Thank you Angel. I think you are right. I could not find the option to import calls anywhere in sugarSuite, eventhough the security setting seems available.
