    Default import crash

I am using SugarCRM CE5 and trying to import a csv file with about 50.000 records. When I start the Accounts import process, it sends me to the home page, aborting the import.

Is this a known problem ?

    Hi,

Check what the memory limit is in your phi.ini file. This should be as large as possible, something like 640 MB (Sugar recommends 320 MB iirc). Remember to restart Apache if you change anything.

Also I would suggest reducing the no. of records you are importing at one time.

    Hope this helps
    Cheers Malcolm

I'm experiencing the same problem. I'd like to import a csv file with 14 MB. I set php memory limit to 2000MB and increased execution times. However after 45 seconds I get redirected to the home module. What to do?
