Import:File was not uploaded successfully.

I'm attempting my first data import to accounts. I'm using TSV format. I browse and select the approprioate file and then hit 'Next. I then get "File was not uploaded successfully. It may be that the 'upload_max_filesize' setting in your php.ini file is set to a small number". It's a 100 record file < 25kb and Upload_max_filesize is 2mb. Any ideas how to debug this?

I am using SugarCRM 3.5.1 with about 300 TSV Account Records to import and I am seeing the same type of error message. Did you ever get a solution to your problem? My server tries to allocatie extra memory but it still crashes the import process and often hangs the server.

Somewhere in the Sugar forums I thought i saw a message about this but I can't find it again.
any pointers you learned woulb e greatly appreciated. Thanks
