    Default Import Redcords, but unable to view

    As an admin, I imported customer records into the Accounts tab but these records are not viewable when users login. They are however viewable by the admin.

    Is there a way I can enable these records so all users can use them?

    Which flavor are you using? CE, PRO or ENT?
    Do you have any Teams like module installed or any roles configured for normal users?

    HI Andopes,

    I'm using CE 5.2.0f, I looked into this further and the problem is confined to one user. I discover other users are able to view the imported accounts, its just the one who is unable to. All users were created using "defaults" within the Admin / User Management screen. The user was deleted, then recreated and is now able to view the records, not a preferred approach IMO, but none the less the problem goes away.
