    Question Import To Sugar button in email?

    I have setup inbound email and it works great. I created a personal account and that works great.

    What I am trying to do is use the "Import To Sugar" button/feature at the top of the email.

    While looking at an email in Sugar, I click the "Import To Sugar" button, the popup window comes up fine. I then select "Lead" then I select the lead I want to import the email to. Finally, I click the Blue Import button and Wow!, nothing happens. No errors, no Joy, nothing, just sits there. I have tried also assigning the lead to someone within that popup and other variations, all result in nothing at all, just a big fat nothing.

    Any ideas?

    Hmm, seems to be working now.

    What I did the first time was I took the email which contained a lead. I went to leads and created a lead with nothing but the first name. I then tried to import the email to that lead but it didn't work.

    I then went and created a note within the lead, then I was able to import the email??

    Also, I just created a new lead with First and Last name (I think) and then I was able to import the email into the lead the first time.

    Still trying to figure out why it wouldn't work on the other lead. I will do more testing, maybe only first name in a new lead is not enough??
