Importing Contacts from Neatworks for Mac

Hi -
I need to import a long list of sales lead contact information from Neatworks (a single Neat Library folder). Am running on Mac (Neatworks Mac Version on a Mac computer). Any suggestions?

according to the following link NeatWorks can export as a .csv file

you need to do this, and then import the csv into Sugar.

Thanks, this seemed to work to import the list.

However now there's a new problem, the lead list won't display more than one name (should show about 100 names). I can get it to display a single name (provided I come up with the name on my own and then conduct a search for it).

There has to be a way to get all the lead names to display on the Lead homepage.

Thanks for any suggestions on how to get the lead list to display properly.

First, make sure that your search form is empty. The search form persists its values, so if you did a search before then the same search will still exist the next time you view the page.

Next, check your system settings. Go to Admin -> System Settings and look at List View Items Per Page. If this is set to 1 then there's your problem.
