Importing Targets

Using Sugar 5.2.0c.

When we attempt to import more than 1000 targets (to eventually create target lists) we get an error that says: Error: Query limit of 1000 reached for Prospects module

Any ideas and where do I adjust this to accept more than 1000 imports?

Check the value of parameter import_max_records_per_file in config.php
