Impressive Support

Having only been a Sugar CRM user for a matter of days and struggling to achieve a clean install as a non technical person, I must say how impressed I am with the level of support provided. Even having to deal with international time lines the support has been excellent and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you!
